Pro­ject Manager

Description

As Pro­ject Man­ager, you will work on the op­er­a­tion­al, fin­an­cial, reg­u­lat­ory and ad­min­is­trat­ive as­pects of the Bank. You will work on im­ple­ment­ing pro­jects, which may be either im­prove­ment pro­jects re­lat­ing to the bank’s vari­ous de­part­ments (Fin­ance, Op­er­a­tions, Sec­ret­ari­at, IT) or pro­jects im­ple­ment­ing new Bel­gian and European le­gis­la­tion. You are re­spons­ible for plan­ning, su­per­vising and lead­ing pro­jects, from ideation to com­ple­tion, in close li­ais­on with the part­ners and em­ploy­ees con­cerned. We of­fer you a po­s­i­tion with con­sid­er­able autonomy and ac­cess to all of the bank’s re­sources for im­ple­ment­ing ap­proved pro­jects. This is a seni­or role that re­quires in­ter­ac­tion with a range of in­tern­al and ex­tern­al stake­hold­ers, most of­ten while man­aging sev­er­al mov­ing parts of a pro­ject at the same time.

Profile

• You have a strong sense of re­spons­ib­il­ity and act independently;
• You are curi­ous and have a crit­ic­al and ana­lyt­ic­al mind;
• You are pre­cise, com­mu­nic­at­ive and do not hes­it­ate to take the initiative;
• You hold at least a uni­vers­ity degree;
• At least 3 years of pro­fes­sion­al ex­per­i­ence, ideally in pro­ject man­age­ment in the fin­an­cial or IT sector;
• You are struc­tured, or­gan­ised and able to mul­ti­task and man­age vari­ous pro­ject ele­ments simultaneously;
• You have an af­fin­ity with and a good un­der­stand­ing of IT, en­abling you to handle the IT as­pects of pro­ject im­ple­ment­a­tion. Know­ledge of data man­age­ment and ana­lys­is (data­bases, stat­ist­ics…) is a plus;
• You have an in­terest in the world of investment;
• You speak and write Dutch, French and Eng­lish fluently;
