Op­er­a­tions Officer

Description

As Op­er­a­tions Of­ficer, you will join the “Op­er­a­tions” de­part­ment of a Private Bank that has spe­cial­ised in wealth man­age­ment, in­vest­ment ad­vice and se­cur­it­ies trans­ac­tions for 7 generations.

You will re­ceive thor­ough in-house train­ing fo­cused on the op­er­a­tion­al as­pects of the bank. With­in a small team, you will work on all tasks re­lat­ing to the bank’s core busi­ness, namely se­cur­it­ies trans­ac­tions. Man­aging, mon­it­or­ing and ex­ecut­ing se­cur­it­ies trans­ac­tions, cor­por­ate ac­tions and for­eign ex­change trans­ac­tions, among oth­er things, are part of your daily activ­it­ies. In a fast-chan­ging sec­tor, you are al­ways will­ing to broaden your know­ledge and learn new tasks.

Profile

• You hold at least an up­per sec­ond­ary school dip­loma, prefer­ably in eco­nom­ics or mathematics;
• A few years of pro­fes­sion­al ex­per­i­ence is a plus;
• You are com­fort­able with fig­ures, fa­mil­i­ar with the stand­ard MS Of­fice ap­plic­a­tions and pro­fi­cient in PC applications;
• You have a strong sense of re­spons­ib­il­ity and are able to take de­cisions both in­de­pend­ently and by consensus;
• Your nat­ive lan­guage is French or Dutch, but you also speak the oth­er na­tion­al lan­guage and Eng­lish to a reas­on­able level;
• You have a crit­ic­al and ana­lyt­ic­al mind, and you are pre­cise, com­mu­nic­at­ive and strong on administration.
